Company Update

Khemani Distributors & Marketing's board has approved its audited financial results for the half-year and year ended March 31, 2026. The statutory auditors, M/s. B Chordia & Co., provided an unmodified opinion on these results, indicating a clean audit.

Additionally, the company appointed M/s. Ravindra Dhakar & Associates as the new Internal Auditor for Financial Year 2026-27. The firm is experienced in statutory and internal audits.
