Outcome of Board Meeting

At its recent board meeting, Shigan Quantum Technologies approved audited consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, showing a profit of ₹6.75 Cr (674.89 Lakhs) and EPS of ₹3.32. The board also proposed a final dividend of ₹0.50 per share (5%) for FY26, subject to shareholder nod.
