For the quarter, consolidated total income was 21.56 Cr with a net loss of 5.28 Cr, leading to an EPS of (1.02) Rs. For the full year, consolidated total income stood at 114.14 Cr, reporting a net loss of 2.94 Cr and an EPS of (0.46) Rs. These results were approved by the Board of Directors.

The company also reported a 1.00 Cr diminution in stock-in-trade valuation, which increased the year-end loss.
