TCPL Packaging has proposed a dividend of Rs 25 per equity share for FY26. To be eligible for this payout, investors must hold shares by the Record Date of Tuesday, August 4, 2026. The 38th Annual General Meeting on August 11, 2026, will seek member approval for this dividend.
