For the full year FY26, revenue grew 22.9% to Rs 215.45 Cr and PAT rose 18.3% to Rs 50.27 Cr.

Strategically, Indo Borax is a leading Boric Acid player now expanding downstream into high-margin Disodium Octaborate Tetrahydrate (DOT) with a new 6,000 MTPA plant, leveraging its in-house raw material supply.
This aims to reduce import dependency and capture incremental domestic demand.
The new management, following a significant ownership transition in January, focuses on geographical expansion, operational optimization, and innovation-led growth.
Management is optimistic about 'Aatmanirbhar Bharat' and 'Make in India' initiatives, expecting sustainable growth.
