Reasons for Delayed/Non-submission of Financial Results

RKEC announced a delay in submitting its Audited Financial Results for FY26. Reasons include directors' extensive travel, the main auditor partner being out of the country until the 2nd week of June, and ongoing account finalization.

The company and auditors are making efforts to complete the audit soon.
