Cyient has entered an agreement to acquire 100% of Tao Digital Solutions Inc. for US$ 218 million.

This strategic move significantly bolsters Cyient's Intelligent Engineering offering by adding Tao's strengths in Production-grade AI, Data Engineering, and Digital & Product Engineering capabilities.

The acquisition of the US-headquartered firm, which serves automotive, hi-tech, and healthtech sectors, will help clients achieve AI at scale.

Tao Digital has a global workforce of ~3,500 employees and demonstrated strong revenue growth from ~USD 19.7 million in CY2023 to ~USD 79.1 million projected for CY2025. This deal enhances Cyient's digital capabilities.
