Reasons for Delayed/Non-submission of Financial Results

Setubandhan Infrastructure could not submit its financial results due to the ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The Resolution Professional (RP) lacks necessary financial records from the erstwhile management, hindering compilation and audit.

The RP is taking legal steps to secure these records and intends to publish results as soon as possible.
