The Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Dhruv Jani as Managing Director for a fresh five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Jani, a Promoter and the current MD, brings over a decade of experience in the cotton and oil business.

He is instrumental in overseeing the company's finance, overall management, and operations, providing crucial continuity and strategic direction.

Ms. Sucheta Jani, a Non-executive director, is his wife.
