Aviva Industries has filed its Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The report by SCS & Co. LLP highlighted several non-compliances with regulations, including delayed submissions of financial results, investor grievances, and shareholding patterns.

The company also failed to publish required advertisements and delayed appointing a compliance officer.

These lapses resulted in cumulative fines of approximately Rs. 11.91 lakh.

Additionally, the promoter did not submit a required disclosure.
