Record Date

IFGL Refractories has set July 29, 2026, as the Record Date for its proposed final dividend of Rs 2.15 per equity share (21.5%) for FY 2025-26. This date determines which shareholders are eligible for the dividend, subject to approval at the 19th Annual General Meeting.

It also serves as the cut-off for AGM voting and attendance.
