Ashiana Ispat could not file its annual audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, by the stipulated deadline.

The Board prioritizes completeness and accuracy, deciding to approve the results only after these pending audit formalities are fully addressed.

The Managing Director is now empowered to convene an adjourned board meeting to consider and approve these results at a later, unscheduled date.
