Cedaar Textile has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the half-year and full financial year.

Auditors issued a 'Disclaimer of Opinion' due to significant data loss, inability to verify assets/liabilities, and a massive Rs. 84 Cr inventory write-down.

The company also defaulted on borrowings, raising 'going concern' doubts.
