Aadi Industries has announced the appointment of two new directors to its Board.

Mr. Karan Kirti Kanadia joins as an Additional Non-Executive Director.

Additionally, Mr. Jimish Prakash Dedhia has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Dedhia brings over 15 years of finance experience, including facilitating ₹1,500+ crore in debt funding.

These appointments aim to strengthen the Board with diverse expertise, enhancing corporate governance and strategic oversight.
