Enterprises' board has approved the audited financial results for the half-year and year ended March 31. For the full year, the company achieved revenue from operations of 4.61 Cr and posted a net profit of 0.73 Cr.

Total equity reached 16.51 Cr.

The board also appointed S K Dwivedi & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term, starting from the financial year 2025-26, enhancing governance.

Notably, the statutory auditors provided an unmodified opinion on the financial results, indicating clean reporting.
