M&B Engineering delivered a strong Q4FY26 with revenue up 16% YoY to ₹364 Cr, contributing to a full-year FY26 revenue of ₹1,260 Cr, a 27% YoY increase and the highest ever for the company.

Profit after tax for FY26 stood at ₹93 Cr.

The company's unexecuted order book grew 35% YoY to ₹1,083 Cr, with significant contributions from its Phenix (PEBs) division and international markets.

Notably, operating cash flow for FY26 was clarified to a positive ₹89.93 Cr, following a reclassification of IPO-related fixed deposits.

M&B is strategically expanding capacity with a ₹33 Cr capex.

Management sees sustained demand and robust growth opportunities in renewables, cold storage, warehousing, railways, and agriculture for its PEB and self-supported roofing solutions.
