Wipro's subsidiary, Wipro IT Services, LLC, is boosting its stake in Aggne Global Inc., an Insurtech company specializing in AI and IP-driven services for the Property & Casualty insurance sector.

Wipro will acquire an additional 20% stake for USD 28.5 million (approx. 236.55 Cr), increasing its total ownership to 80%. This move aims to significantly strengthen Wipro's competitive edge in the insurance industry by leveraging Aggne's expertise in AI and intellectual property-led transformations, reinforcing Wipro's strategy to enhance its sector-specific capabilities.
