Rajvi Logitrade has restructured its commercial vehicle lease agreements to enhance operational efficiency.

The company canceled an existing lease for 33 vehicles and entered a new agreement for 44 vehicles with a related party, involving a monthly lease of 0.154 Cr and a 3.11 Cr refundable security deposit.

Additionally, an existing lease was canceled, and a new one was signed for 3 vehicles with another entity, with a monthly lease of 0.01 Cr and a Rs. 21,00,000 refundable deposit.

These strategic moves aim to optimize fleet management, control costs, and effectively meet growing customer demand.
