This reflects a 21.78% increase in total income and a 9.89% rise in net profit year-over-year.

EPS also grew by 9.54% to ₹8.15. A major recent development is the commencement of commercial production at its new Kannur manufacturing facility in February 2026. This significantly boosted annual manufacturing capacity from 2,500 MVA to 9,000 MVA, enabling SPEL to produce higher-value transformers up to 200 MVA and 220 KV.

The company's strategy focuses on entering higher-value transformer segments and expanding geographically across Karnataka, Kerala, and other Pan India markets.

Management sees long-term opportunities in India's growing power T&D sector, driven by grid expansion and renewable energy integration.

SPEL has secured multiple new orders, strengthening its order book to over ₹588.17 Cr, which provides strong revenue visibility.

The outlook points to margin expansion from product mix improvements and operating leverage.
