Jeena Sikho Lifecare delivered a strong FY26 performance, with revenue surging 71% YoY to ₹801.35 Cr and profit after tax growing 178% YoY to ₹222.18 Cr.
Full-year EPS also rose 178% to ₹17.87. The company's EBITDA margin expanded to 44% for FY26, reflecting improved operating leverage.
Q4FY26 saw robust revenue growth of 55% YoY to ₹215.55 Cr and PAT up 79% YoY to ₹45.35 Cr, although Q4 margins saw a temporary dip due to one-off employee provisions and Ind AS adjustments.
Growth was driven by higher patient volumes, with FY26 IPD volumes up 65% and OPD volumes up 69%. Both Ayurveda Healthcare Services and Products segments contributed, with products growing 93% in Q4. The company's capital-light hub-and-spoke model, coupled with expansion, continues to enable rapid scaling and maintain a strong 46% ROCE.
Operational bed capacity reached 2,300. A key recent development is the launch of the Jeena Sikho Health Card, aimed at boosting patient loyalty.
Management expects sustained volume-led growth, fueled by increasing acceptance of Ayurvedic solutions and strategic capacity expansion.
The Board has approved a final dividend of ₹4.50 per share for FY26.
