Adhata Global announced a corrigendum for its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The initial publication omitted a QR Code because the board meeting concluded late on May 30, with the following day being a Sunday.

This made it challenging to incorporate the code within the prescribed timeline.

To ensure timely compliance, the company initially published the results without it.

A corrigendum incorporating the QR Code has since been published in Financial Express and Sukhabar, ensuring complete information for investors.
