DHP India Limited's Board of Directors has approved a change in its Cost Auditors.

The existing Cost Auditor, Mr. Kishore Majumdar, resigned due to ill health after finalizing the report for the previous financial year.

Following the Audit Committee's assessment, the Board appointed Mr. Sukanto Kumar Sahu, Practicing Cost Accountants, as the new Cost Auditor for the upcoming financial year, with an agreed fee of Rs. 25,000 plus GST.

This ensures continuity in the company's cost audit compliance.
