Vibrant Global Capital Limited has announced the acquisition of a 65% equity stake in The Private Reserrve Capital Pvt. Ltd. for approximately Rs 6 crore.

This acquisition makes the target company a subsidiary, establishing its presence in the wealth management business, including Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Category III Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), and wealth advisory.

The target company is a newly incorporated entity, yet to commence business operations.

This strategic move expands Vibrant Global Capital's footprint into the financial services sector, with completion expected on or before June 30.
