Emami's promoter group entities, Diwakar Finvest Private Limited and Suraj Finvest Pvt Ltd, have pledged additional shares.

Diwakar Finvest pledged 13.50 lakh shares, increasing its total pledged shares from 5.84% to 6.15% of total share capital.

Suraj Finvest pledged 10 lakh shares, increasing its total pledged shares from 2.76% to 2.98% of total share capital.

In total, 23.50 lakh shares were newly pledged by the promoter group.

This increases the portion of promoter shares that are now encumbered, a key metric investors monitor for insights into promoter's liquidity or financial health.
