Anupam Rasayan's promoter, Anand Sureshbhai Desai, has pledged an additional 31.50 lakh equity shares of the company.

These newly pledged shares serve as security for INR 160 Crores worth of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued by Anupam Rasayan India Limited.

Post this transaction, Anand Sureshbhai Desai's total pledged shares now amount to 69.75 lakh, which is 6.13% of the company's total share capital.

This activity increases the promoter's overall encumbered holding.
