MyMoney Securities’ promoter, Mrs. Rajni Seth, has acquired 1,37,050 equity shares through inheritance following the passing of Mr. Govind Narain Seth.

Her shareholding increased from 7,90,300 shares (4.70%) to 9,27,350 shares (5.52%). This change crosses the 5% ownership disclosure threshold.

Importantly, this acquisition was not a market purchase and does not trigger any open offer requirements.

It also does not change the aggregate shareholding of the entire promoter group, clarifying a shift in individual promoter stake without affecting overall group ownership.
