Amanaya Ventures Limited's promoter group entity, Amanaya Precious Metals LLP, has increased its stake through open market purchases.

The entity acquired 24,000 equity shares on June 1 and an additional 6,000 shares on June 2, bringing its total acquisition to 30,000 shares.

This boosted Amanaya Precious Metals LLP's shareholding from 1,68,000 equity shares (4.49%) to 1,98,000 equity shares (5.30%) of the company's paid-up equity capital.

This increase in promoter ownership signals their continued confidence in the company's future.
