TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS) has formed a joint venture with Italy's ALA Group, investing up to 10.19 Cr in its subsidiary, TVS Packaging Solutions.

ALA Group will also invest 9.80 Cr, resulting in TVS SCS holding 51% and ALA 49% in the JV.

This strategic move targets India's fast-growing aerospace and defense sectors, aiming for over ₹2,000 Cr cumulative revenue by 2031. The partnership is expected to drive significant revenue and profit growth for TVS SCS, leveraging specialized supply chain solutions.
