Eraaya Lifespaces has issued an addendum to its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting notice, providing updated disclosures for proposed preferential share and warrant issues.

An independent valuation report set the issue price at Rs. 31.53 per equity share/warrant.

The company plans to issue up to 3.12 Cr warrants to raise an estimated Rs. 99.97 Cr, earmarked for working capital, strategic investments, and general corporate purposes.

The addendum also clarifies material related party transactions with group entities and other promoter group companies, which the Audit Committee and Board have approved to enhance operational efficiency and provide funding support.

The Board advises shareholders to approve these resolutions.
