Memorandum of Understanding/Agreements

Master Components and Prathamesh Industries have formed a 50:50 Joint Venture to manufacture and deal in Sheet Moulding Compound (SMC), Dough Moulding Compound (DMC), and other composites for domestic and international markets.

Master Components will invest 0.05 Cr, aiming to expand its business and enter new material segments.
