Integrated Hitech Limited's promoters, A. Gerald Ebenezer, Sudha Gerald Ebenezer, and Renald Abel, have declared that Mr. Ramesh Chandra Mishra, a company Director, will now act as a Person Acting in Concert (PAC) with them.
