Record Date

Orient Electric has announced its 10th Annual General Meeting on July 22, 2026. The Board proposed a final dividend of ₹0.75 per share (75% on ₹1 face value) for FY 2025-26. The record date to determine eligibility for this final dividend, if declared by shareholders at the AGM, is Friday, July 10, 2026. Payment will follow within 30 days of declaration.
