Bandaram Pharma Packtech's material subsidiary, VSR Paper and Packaging Limited, has clarified a previous work order announcement.

An earlier disclosure incorrectly stated four orders valued at Rs. 37.44 crore.

The company now confirms its subsidiary received two work orders from the Government of Telangana for printing and distributing textbooks for the 2026-27 academic year.

The corrected aggregate value for these orders is Rs. 27.70 crore.

This update reduces the previously reported order value by approximately Rs. 9.74 crore.

The execution of these orders is slated for June to August 2026.
