Crizac Limited is acquiring EdTech firm Edument Consultancy Private Limited for approximately Rs 1.25 Cr.

This strategic move grants Crizac a 37.41% fully diluted stake in a company specializing in AI-powered B2B platforms for overseas education.

Edument offers student admissions, loan sourcing, and visa readiness services.

This acquisition complements Crizac's existing customer offerings with AI-led student mobility infrastructure and cross-border education financing capabilities.

While Edument reported a turnover of Rs 1.13 Cr and a net loss of Rs 0.72 Cr in FY25, the deal strengthens Crizac's product portfolio.
