Nouveau Global Ventures' Board has approved a secured Rupee Term Loan of Rs. 1.50 Cr from Prime Capital Market Limited.

This financing will fund the acquisition of film rights, for which the company also approved a purchase agreement worth approximately Rs. 1.50 Cr, and support general business requirements.

The loan is secured by an equitable mortgage over specific company properties.
