NCLT advanced the Master Moulds-Master Components amalgamation.

It streamlined the process by dispensing with meetings for Master Moulds' equity shareholders/unsecured creditors and Master Components' secured creditors (Rs. 10.86 Cr). Master Components will issue 40 shares (Rs 10 each) for every 1 Master Moulds share (Rs 100). Further meetings for Master Components' shareholders and unsecured creditors (Rs. 5.85 Cr) are directed.
