TCFC Finance has launched the "Saksham Niveshak" campaign, running from April 1, 2026, to July 9, 2026, to help shareholders claim unpaid or unclaimed dividends.

This initiative, requested by a regulatory body, aims to prevent these dividends from being transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund.

Shareholders are urged to update their KYC details, including PAN, nomination, contact information, and bank account details, with the company or its Registrar & Transfer Agent.

Timely action ensures dividends are credited directly and avoids forfeiture, directly benefiting investors.
