Balaji Amines has proposed a final dividend of ₹ 11 per equity share for FY2025-26. The company has fixed July 3, 2026, as the Record Date.

This date determines which shareholders are eligible to receive the dividend, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on July 10, 2026. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM.
