Adani Energy Solutions (AESL) Promoter/Promoter Group has acquired approximately 2.54 crore equity shares.

Entities including Adani Infra, Infinite Trade, Ardour Investment, and four Adani family members made these acquisitions, collectively increasing their stake in AESL from 70.81% to 71.36%.
