Aster DM Healthcare has invested an additional ₹45.09 Cr into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aster DM Super-Specialty Hospital (Sarjapur) Private Limited, by acquiring 45,089,995 equity shares via a rights issue.

This strategic investment supports the Sarjapur Entity's establishment of new healthcare services in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

The subsidiary, incorporated in July 2025, is yet to commence business, signaling future operational impact and reinforcing Aster DM's growth trajectory in the Indian healthcare sector.

The company maintains its 100% ownership of the Sarjapur entity.
