NRB Bearings' promoter, Ms. Harshbeena Sahney Zaveri, has unpledged a significant 1.96 crore equity shares.

This action involves the release of 69 lakh shares (7.12% of total share capital) by Tata Capital Limited and an additional 1.27 crore shares (13.10% of total share capital) by Aditya Birla Capital Limited.

This development substantially reduces the promoter's encumbered shareholding.

Her pledged shares now stand at 1.11 crore shares, representing 25.53% of her total holding, a notable decrease from approximately 70.74% previously.

Investors often view such unpledging as a positive sign, indicating improved financial health or flexibility for the promoter.
