CMS Info Systems has completed its share buyback via tender offer, extinguishing 49,39,126 equity shares.

The buyback was executed at ₹340 per share for an aggregate consideration of ~₹167.93 Cr.

This action has reduced the company's total outstanding equity shares from ~16.46 crore to ~15.97 crore.
