Amber Enterprises' key subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics, has further strengthened its position in Ascent Circuits Private Limited by acquiring an additional 37.50% equity stake for approximately 328 Cr.

This strategic move boosts IL JIN's total ownership in Ascent from 60% to a commanding 97.50%. The acquisition signifies a deeper integration, allowing Amber to solidify control and unlock enhanced operational synergies within its step-down subsidiary, potentially improving overall group efficiency and performance.
