This is to determine shareholders eligible for the allotment of shares in GSPL Transmission Limited (GTL). As per the Scheme, GEL shareholders will receive 1 fully paid-up GTL Equity Share (Rs. 10 FV) for every 3 fully paid-up GEL Equity Shares (Rs. 2 FV) held.
