Scheme of Arrangement

Indo Thai Securities Limited has informed the Exchange about Notice of meeting of the Unsecured Creditors of the Company convened as per the directions of the National Company Law Tribunal, Indore Bench in the matter of the Scheme of Arrangement between Indo Thai Securities Limited ( ITSL or the Company ), and Indo Thai Financial Services Limited ( ITFSL ) and their respective Shareholders to be held on 24th July, 2026.
