Thakral Services (India) Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, designated persons, and other officials.

This window will remain closed starting from the first day of the new quarter until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter.

This is a standard measure to prevent insider trading before the company publicly announces its quarterly financial performance.

The date for the board meeting to approve these results will be intimated later.
