Polymac Thermoformers' Board has announced changes to its independent directorships.

Mr. Abhay Goenka resigned as an Independent Director for personal reasons.

Acting on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's suggestion, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Titas Bose as an Additional Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Bose has experience in finance, accounts, and taxation.

This ensures continuity in independent oversight for the company.
