Endurance Technologies is divesting its wholly-owned Italian software subsidiary, Veicoli Srl, to focus on its core auto components business.

The sale includes an upfront payment of € 2.2 million, deferred payment of € 0.3 million, and an earn-out potential up to € 5.0 million.

Veicoli's income was Rs 32.58 Cr.
