iDentixweb Limited's board has approved acquiring an additional 20.04% equity stake in its subsidiary, Munim ERP Private Limited (MEPL), for ₹12.23 crore.

This increases iDentixweb's total holding in MEPL to 70.05%. The acquisition aims to rationalize MEPL's debt structure and is being done by converting an Inter Corporate Loan.

MEPL specializes in accounting and GST compliance software, providing ERP solutions.

In the last financial year, MEPL reported a turnover of ₹1.96 crore and a negative net worth of ₹3.10 crore, making this move a strategic deepening of iDentixweb's presence in the ERP market.
