ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India has allotted 9.48 Cr bonus equity shares (5:1 ratio, FV Rs 5) to eligible shareholders.

This boosts paid-up capital from Rs 9.48 Cr to Rs 56.90 Cr, with total shares now 11.38 Cr.

Bonus shares will be available for trading shortly.
